Ling Steel Co., Ltd. successfully produced Q345NS acid-resistant steel spiral welded pipe

Recently, after the delivery of the first batch of Q345NS sour-resistant steel spiral welded pipe produced by Linggang Steel Pipe Company, the user feedback is good, marking the success of the trial production of Q345NS sour-resistant steel spiral welded pipe. The spiral welded pipe of Q345NS material is resistant to sulfuric sour low temperature dew point corrosion steel, the steel plate itself should not only have very high strength, but also need to have a certain toughness, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, acid resistance. Therefore, according to the chemical composition and alloy composition of Q345NS steel, the technical department of Lingang Steel Pipe Company conducted welding process assessment, and finally determined the best matching scheme for 09CrNiTi welding wire and SJ102 welding flux. After the completion of the contract review, Linggang Steel pipe company immediately purchased related materials to organize production, the finished products passed the non-destructive testing, and other technical performance indicators also reached the GB/T9711-2017 standard requirements.
