Recently,  Hebei Steel Group 135 tons of 42CrMoA green round steel products off the production line. After inspection, the indicators of the product meet customer requirements, will be exported to Indonesia, used in the manufacture of agricultural machinery and vehicle shaft.

In the production, they reasonably added hydrogen-based DRI (direct reduced iron) products, optimized the amount of slag discharge, so that the DRI absorption rate reached the optimal, further improved the "green content" of round steel, at the same time, rationally set the rolling slot parameters and rolling elongation coefficient, carefully adjusted the size of K1 and K2 material, carried out the transformation of cold saw side clamping device, and made a chamfering platform to improve the inspection quality and efficiency. To ensure that the product size deviation ≤±1.5%, bending ≤3 mm/m and other indicators meet the requirements of the agreement.
