The world's major steel production ranking in 2023 has been released

Among the top 50, more than half of Chinese steel companies

On June 6, the World Steel Association released World Steel Statistics 2024. From the crude steel production ranking of the world's major steel production companies in 2023, there are 28 Chinese steel companies in the top 50, accounting for as much as 56%; Among the top 10, there are six Chinese steel companies, namely China Baowu, Angang, Hesteel, Shagang, Jianlong and Shougang.

Among the major steel producing countries, in 2023, China's crude steel production ranks first in the world, accounting for 53.86% of the world's total crude steel production.
